What shipping options are available?

We offer shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post:

  • Cost: Free delivery for all orders in Switzerland.
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Do you offer international shipping?

For the moment, we only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the Swiss Post website.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will investigate the issue and keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if the order has not already been processed and shipped.

What happens if I’m not home when my package is delivered?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, Swiss Post will leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to pick up your package or arrange for redelivery.

Can I return my order?

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may require photos of the damaged package and contents to process your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact. Products that are damaged, opened, or used may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as perishable goods, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.

Prepare the Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice or receipt. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the package.

Return Shipping

Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days.

Exchanges

Procedure: If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. The return process must be followed, and the new order will be subject to standard shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
